As mentioned in Cusp or Core, if a halo has a cusp, GCs around Dwarf Galaxies would spiral in to the centre in much less than a Hubble time. One fix is to give halos cores (0.5keV Warm DM). The authors conclude MOND makes matters worse, not better.
