Saturday Jan. 26: Leave Edinburgh 10:30, Arrive Munich 14:00. Catch train to Kitzbuhel at 17:30, arriving in Kitzbuhel at 20:00. Check into apartment, go eat dinner in town.
Sunday - Wednesday: Ski, paraglide, drink, and eat. Not necessarily in that order.
Thursday Jan. 31: Check out of apartment at 10:00. Catch train to Munich at 11:30, arriving in Munich at 14:00. Check into hotel, go touristing and drinking (it is strong beer season I believe...)
Friday: Tourist around Munich
Saturday: Check out of hotel 11:00. Fly home, leaving Munich at 14:25 and arriving in Edinburgh around 16:00.

Anyone not interested in staying in Munich for the extra day can fly home Friday instead.
