Thanksgiving dinner, October 7, 2007

Arrive for 7PM. Dinner will be served at 8PM. However, I'll be around and cooking from 4 on. Those who would like to come earlier to entertain me while I cook are welcome anytime, particularly after 5PM. Drinks will be served and Elie will bring some munchies (home-made pitas and hummus).

I am currently dealing with the logistics of curling from 12:30-3 and getting back in time to get the turkey in the oven in time for it to be done by 8. I'm sure I'll cope.

8 kg (stuffed) ⇒ 4:30 to 4:40 @ 170C to cook . In the oven at 3PM means ready by 8PM.
